Before transitioning fully into business brokerage, Allura spent several years in restaurant management, where she led teams, handled high-pressure customer environments, and developed a deep understanding of operations, leadership, and financial accountability. Her background in customer service sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and build lasting relationships with clients. That experience strengthens her ability to support buyers not just in closing a deal, but in stepping into leadership with confidence.

She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs recognize that there is more than one path to business ownership.
