EDGE Business Advisors is expanding in Wisconsin and actively hiring a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Broker (Sales Agent). This is a 1099 independent contractor role with significant earning potential, training support, and a clear path for career growth within a professional business brokerage and M&A advisory firm.

Business Brokers at EDGE help entrepreneurs buy and sell privately held businesses. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, values confidentiality, and thrives in a commission-based sales environment.
You will:
Develop and manage relationships with business owners and buyers
Assist in business valuation, packaging, and listing preparation
Confidentially market businesses for sale and screen buyers
Structure offers and negotiate terms
Manage deals from LOI to closing, with support from your team
This is a commission-only, subcontracted position (1099) with growing splits based on performance and progression.

Experience in sales, consulting, real estate, or business ownership is a plus
