Leadership on your deals
Our Managing Director, with a background in commercial SBA lending and private equity, reviews every LOI and offer before delivery and coaches you on structure and strategy.
Compliance and counsel
A Managing Broker overseeing licensed activity and legal counsel on staff, so you can work deals confidently and correctly.
Inbound buyer flow
A dedicated Buyer Coordinator fields and qualifies inbound buyer inquiries firm-wide, so qualified buyers reach your listings ready to move.

Advisor Questions
Asked in almost every first conversation.
Do I need business brokerage experience?
No. Several EDGE advisors came from other fields and developed inside the firm. The platform, the playbooks, and leadership coaching exist precisely so capable people can learn this profession properly. Experience in sales, finance, or running a business helps you ramp faster.
Do I need a real estate license?
In the states where EDGE operates, a real estate license is required to broker business sales, and all active EDGE advisors hold one. If you are not licensed yet, you can join in an associate capacity and train under a licensed advisor while you complete licensing. Associates do not independently represent clients until licensed.
Where is EDGE adding advisors?
Georgia and Wisconsin are active markets today, and the expansion goal is two or more licensed advisors in every major U.S. metro. If your metro is not on the map yet, that can be the opportunity: tell us where you are.
Is this a salaried position?
No. EDGE advisors build commission-based practices, sharing in the success fees of the deals they close. The split structure and what realistic ramp-up looks like are discussed openly in the interview process, not sold to you from a webpage.
