What is free on the board, and what is not?
Adding targets, moving them through stages, your notes and your interest level: free, for as long as you like. Opening a target to work it, the valuation, the structure, the Bank Package, the fit check and the request to an advisor, is Acquisition Center Pro. Until you unlock it the target's page shows you what is there, behind a lock.
Is Acquisition Center Pro or Guided a subscription?
No. Each is one payment for twelve months and then stops. Renewal is your choice: $475 for Acquisition Center Pro, $3,750 for Guided, for another year.
Why is Guided non-refundable when Acquisition Center Pro is not?
Because an advisor's work on your search begins the day you pay, the same reason Single Transaction fees are non-refundable. Acquisition Center Pro is software, so it carries a seven-day refund. If you are not sure, start with Acquisition Center Pro; Guided can be added later.
What exactly does the Guided advisor do?
In the portal: reviews your Roadmap, sources matched businesses to your board, screens the targets you add, and answers your questions within two business days. The advisor does not value, structure or negotiate a specific business; that is Single Transaction, and for Guided members the $500 fee for it is waived. For an advisor in person, running the search end to end, Full Buyer Representation is the product.
Do I pay anything to look at an EDGE listing?
No. On its own listings EDGE represents the seller, and buyers pay nothing: not for the listing, the NDA, the confidential information, the questions or the terms you share. Neither paid tier is ever the price of our listings.
Can I hire EDGE on a business I find without buying anything?
Yes. Single Transaction Buyer Representation is open to every member: no fee to sign, $500 when EDGE engages on the business, $2,500 if the seller accepts your LOI, and the commission at closing. Request it from any target on your board.
What happens at the end of twelve months?
Your board, your saves and your notes stay. The Pro's tools close until you renew; a Guided engagement ends and your board comes back to you. The portal tells you fourteen days before and on the day.
Are the figures in the tools audited?
No. The tools work from the figures you enter and the statements a seller provides, and say so. They show the shape of a deal the way a lender will see it; they are not advice, and a binding agreement comes only from the attorneys.
